Innovation in Business is excited to announce the launch of the MarTech Awards 2024! This exciting programme is returning to our platform for the third year, and we are looking forward to once again shining a light on the latest developments, trends, and innovations across the Marketing Technology landscape.
In the years following the pandemic, consumer behaviour has evolved to fully embrace the digital world, and as a result today’s consumers are demanding faster, more personalised user experiences. In order to stay ahead of the curve in the modern business market – where the lines between human and digital are blurring – companies must leverage the latest technology to drive growth and provide the best, most personal services for their audiences.
Streamlining and bolstering marketing efforts significantly helps businesses effectively acquire and retain an engaged customer base. By utilising MarTech solutions such as automation, IoT, data analytics, and AI, businesses can improve operational efficiency, gain a deeper understanding of consumer behaviour and preference, create hyper-personalised shopping experiences, and more thoroughly track their marketing campaigns. As global demand for MarTech increases, overall marketing budgets are pivoting to accommodate this. This is reflected in a recent survey by Garter, which reported that over two thirds of CMOs are set to increase their MarTech spending in the coming years. With the previous decade of 2011-2020 seeing an unprecedented growth rate of over 5,000%, the outlook for the future of the MarTech industry is exceptionally bright.
Here at Innovation in Business, we want to recognise the entrepreneurship and innovation of those propelling the MarTech industry forward. Through the MarTech Awards 2024, we will provide a platform for the leading lights of this dynamic sector to promote their game changing products and services to an international circulation of industry peers and potential clients. Our team of researchers and judges will assess nominees using unbiased, merit-based criteria to ensure that only the most deserving candidates go on to be successful in this year’s programme.

As the director of technology of the business Tony is committed to ensuring that Innovation in Business recognises the most inventive, progressive and forward-thinking of businesses with its award programmes and that each winner not only has a great experience but also gains maximum value for their award win.

Jeremy Roe - Head of Research
Jeremy has been in this position since 2015 and is dedicated to his research team and to the readers, nominees and award winners of Innovation in Business’ award programmes. Phil Pearson - Innovation in Business Lead Researcher
Phil joined the business in 2016 and rapidly became an integral part of the research team.
